Life in Le Fer Hall is quite an experience. The historic residence hall, which was completed in 1923, will be our home for the meet. Named after two of Blessed Mother Theodore's companions, it reflects a greater French influence in its Renaissance style. This Italian Renaissance-inspired architecture has marble halls and staircases and carpeted hallways. The residence hall rooms are spacious with large windows, ceiling fans and hardwood floors. 85+/- rooms have air-conditioning.

The Wheelmen will be the only group on campus for the week. Approximately 85 rooms have air-conditioning and they vary in size and type. Single rooms with air-conditioning are limited. Most of the rooms are arranged in twos with the bath between. There are some larger rooms for families so let us know your needs. There are two elevators plus stairs to each floor and we are staying on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. If you have provided us with an e-mail address and we cannot accommodate your request, we will contact you.

Self contained Motor Homes will be allowed to park free in the parking lot about 500 feet from Le Fer Hall. There is no electric, water or dump station available on campus. Trailer camping is not allowed on campus, but is available 2 miles south. Contact us for more information on camping sites.

Swap meet and show and tell tables will be provided.

Bike storage is available in a locked ground floor room, or you may use common areas on each floor. If you like to sleep with your bike that is okay too.
